On the last day of the 35th World Military Wrestling Championships, wrestlers from 22 countries honored the martyr’s monument and visited the National Museum of the Islamic Revolution and Holy Defense.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of National Museum of the Islamic Revolution and Holy Defense, on the last day of the 35th World Military Wrestling Competition, a ceremony was held to pay tribute to the martyrs of the eight years of Holy Defense in the presence of General Younes Abdi, The Head of Veterans Affairs Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran Law Enforcement Force, Louis Fernando, the representative of CISM in the Tournament, and the other delegates.
The event was held by athletes from 22 countries, including African, European and Asian countries, who participated in the 35th World Military Wrestling Championships.
In this tournament, the Russian team won the championship in the free style and the team of the Islamic Republic of Iran won the championship in Greco-Roman.
